Premium Framed Prints
These prints are all from my original photographs. I do my own printing on an Epson 3880 pigment ink printer. They are printed on Epson Velvet Fine Art paper. They are dry mounted to an acid free panel and then coated with a special clear protective lacquer. They are then placed under an 8 ply, museum quality mat, and finished with the highest quality anti-glare glass. The frames are custom made from various hardwoods, and have a satin finish. The predicted lifespan is about 200 years. Come and see me if there's a problem after that.
Framed Prints
These framed prints are finished with a different technique. The print is mounted to a piece of wood, and protected with several coats of a photo friendly varnish. This leaves a textured satin finish that requires no mat or glass. The frames are a stained poplar, that compliments the print. Less costly materials than the premium framed print, but just as nice on the wall.
